The scan unit is easily detachable so can be used anywhere in the office. The gravity fed ink cartridges in conjunction with the sub-tank assembly ensure you use every little last drop of ink. Cartridges are simple to replace and can be changed in the middle of a print job. The print head is user replaceable and covered by warranty, as well as having auto-correcting technology and producing superb precision with one of the smallest ink droplet sizes available. The print driver has job accounting software included as standard, allowing you to measure the actual cost of every print job – you can include ink, paper & any other cost you want to add.
